At least Fitzpatrick is. Sort of.\n\nThe whole thing started after Thursday Night Football, when Fitzpatrick called Bo Nix's performance in the Broncos' overtime win \"almost disrespectful to the quarterback position.\" Denver beat Seattle 17-14, but Nix finished just 17 of 27 for 107 passing yards, and the Broncos managed only 32 yards of offense across their final 10 possessions. Fitzpatrick singled out overtime specifically, pointing to a designed run where Nix had a chance to pick up a first down and make something happen, and didn't.\n\nTalib wasn't having it. The former Broncos and Rams cornerback went on the show \"Gridiron\" and clapped back at Fitzpatrick, running through his own career accomplishments to push back on the criticism.\n\nOn Sunday, Fitzpatrick declared the feud over, though he still managed to troll himself in the process rather than let it go quietly. Nix, for his part, remains under scrutiny for a win that looked uglier than the scoreboard suggested.","published_at":"2026-10-19T06:03:42.538373+00:00","source_count":4,"written_from":[{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Ryan Fitzpatrick claims feud with Aqib Talib is over — then trolls himself","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/ryan-fitzpatrick-claims-feud-aqib-201622649.html"},{"outlet":"New York Post","publisher":"New York Post","title":"Ryan Fitzpatrick claims feud with Aqib Talib is over — then trolls himself","url":"https://nypost.com/2026/10/18/sports/ryan-fitzpatrick-and-aqib-talib-feud-takes-funny-turn-after-bo-nix-comments/"},{"outlet":"Pro Football Talk","publisher":"NBC Sports","title":"Ryan Fitzpatrick responds to Aqib Talib, sort of","url":"https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/ryan-fitzpatrick-responds-to-aqib-talib-sort-of"},{"outlet":"Awful Announcing","publisher":"Awful Announcing","title":"Ryan Fitzpatrick trolls Aqib Talib after criticism over Bo Nix rant","url":"https://awfulannouncing.com/nfl/ryan-fitzpatrick-trolls-aqib-talib-criticism-bo-nix-rant.html"}],"more_coverage":[{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Aqib Talib unloads on Ryan Fitzpatrick’s rant about Bo Nix: ‘You suck, bro!’","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/aqib-talib-unloads-ryan-fitzpatrick-233856724.html"},{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Aqib Talib tees off on Ryan Fitzpatrick for his comments about Bo Nix","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/aqib-talib-tees-off-ryan-010458924.html"},{"outlet":"Pro Football Talk","publisher":"NBC Sports","title":"Aqib Talib tees off on Ryan Fitzpatrick for his comments about Bo Nix","url":"https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/aqib-talib-tees-off-on-ryan-fitzpatrick-for-his-comments-about-bo-nix"},{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Ryan Fitzpatrick trolls Aqib Talib after criticism over Bo Nix rant","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/ryan-fitzpatrick-trolls-aqib-talib-180042805.html"},{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Ryan Fitzpatrick responds to Aqib Talib, sort of","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/ryan-fitzpatrick-responds-aqib-talib-182615105.html"}],"image":{"url":"https://nbcsports.brightspotcdn.com/dims4/default/9e9d0fd/2147483647/strip/false/crop/1920x1080+0+0/resize/1920x1080!/quality/90/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fhdliveextra-a.akamaihd.net%2FHD%2Fimage_sports%2FNBCU_Sports_Group_-_nbcsports%2F672%2F819%2Fnbc_pft_nixandfitz_261016.jpg","credit":"Pro Football Talk","width":1920},"embed":null,"license":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/","attribution":"Analysis data is licensed CC BY 4.0.
