Cowboys and Packers set for Sunday night showdown at Lambeau

Dallas arrives at 2-3 while Green Bay sits 3-2 after routing the Bears, and this time Micah Parsons returns to Lambeau as an opponent.

The Cowboys head to Lambeau Field on Sunday, October 18, 2026, for an 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff against the Packers, with the game airing on NBC and streaming on Peacock. Green Bay sits second in the NFC North at 3-2, while Dallas is 2-3 after a Thursday night loss to Tampa Bay.

The Packers come in riding momentum from a 31-7 win over the Bears in which Jordan Love threw for 367 yards and two touchdowns on 25-of-31 passing, and Christian Watson hauled in two touchdowns for 143 yards. That win wasn't without cost, though, as defensive lineman Javon Hargrave tore his Achilles. Micah Parsons, still working back from a torn ACL, isn't expected to practice this week but is set to face his former team regardless.

Dallas, meanwhile, is coming off a 24-16 loss to the Buccaneers in Week 5 and has since brought in Mike Pettine as a senior defensive consultant alongside coordinator Christian Parker. The two sides last met in Week 4 of the 2025 season, a game that produced the highest-scoring tie in the Super Bowl era, setting expectations for another high-scoring affair this time around.
