Philadelphia enters its Week 6 game against Carolina at 2-3 with quarterback Jalen Hurts ruled out and Saquon Barkley still sidelined by a hamstring injury.
The Eagles keep finding new ways to worry their fantasy managers. Philadelphia has confirmed Jalen Hurts will be unavailable for Sunday's matchup against the Carolina Panthers, and Saquon Barkley missed Thursday's practice again as he continues to deal with a hamstring injury first suffered in the Week 4 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. DeVonta Smith was also absent from practice, adding to the list of concerns in Philadelphia.
The Eagles are 2-3 and trying to bounce back from a disappointing Week 5 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. With Hurts out and Barkley's status in question, the offense faces real uncertainty heading into the weekend.
Elsewhere around the league, two quarterbacks are working their way back. Lamar Jackson was again absent from the open portion of Ravens practice, but there is reportedly a realistic chance he plays Sunday against the Cleveland Browns. In Chicago, Caleb Williams took a step forward by being a full participant in the Bears' Wednesday walkthrough, the clearest sign yet he could return against the Atlanta Falcons.
