Each team gets its own color scheme and logo treatment, but the overall look stays consistent across the league, with an NBA Cup design stamped at half court and in the paint.\n\nThis year's courts add oversized team wordmarks on both sides of the floor and primary logos at center court, with the design drawing inspiration from Nike's \"End of Ordinary\" NBA Standard Issue Collection. The idea, as always, is to make sure fans flipping channels know instantly they're watching a Cup game and not a regular night on the schedule.\n\nThe courts will be in use for group play, quarterfinals and semifinals, running from Oct. 30 to Dec. 11. One change this year affects where some of those games are played: semifinals will now be hosted by the higher-seeded team rather than at a neutral site. The two teams that reach the Cup Finals will then travel to Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, the longtime home of the Butler Bulldogs, to settle the tournament.","published_at":"2026-10-13T23:18:46.370532+00:00","source_count":4,"written_from":[{"outlet":"The Athletic","publisher":"The Athletic","title":"NBA Cup courts unveiled for 2026: Here's what we liked and didn't like","url":"https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/7687815/2026/10/13/nba-cup-2026-courts-ranking/"},{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"NBA Cup courts unveiled for 2026.
