Backup Tyler Huntley threw a late touchdown and ran in the overtime winner as Baltimore erased a 23-15 deficit to beat Atlanta 30-23.
Lamar Jackson sat this one out with a sprained ankle, so Tyler Huntley got the start, and for most of Sunday night it looked like a quiet night's work heading nowhere good. Atlanta led 23-15 after Nick Folk's 48-yard field goal with 2:31 left, and the Ravens needed a miracle just to survive regulation.
They got it. Huntley found Devontez Walker for a seven-yard touchdown with 40 seconds on the clock, and Derrick Henry barreled in for the two-point conversion to force overtime. From there Huntley took over completely, completing 12 of 12 passes across the final two drives before finishing the extra period himself with a one-yard touchdown run.
Atlanta had one more shot, needing a touchdown to extend things. Tua Tagovailoa, who'd entered after Michael Penix Jr. left late in regulation with a rib injury, got two plays to work with. It wasn't enough. Baltimore held on for a 30-23 win, with Huntley doing his best impression of a starter while Jackson watched from the sideline.
