Bills visit Rams on Monday Night Football

Buffalo arrives at SoFi Stadium as 3.5-point underdogs despite entering Week 5 with the better record.

The Buffalo Bills (3-1) head to Inglewood for a Monday Night Football date with the Los Angeles Rams (2-2), kicking off October 12, 2026 at 8:15 p.m. ET from SoFi Stadium. Buffalo comes in off a 29-26 loss at New England, while the Rams enter on the strength of a 24-20 win at Philadelphia.

The Rams lean on one of the league's better passing attacks, ranking second at 290.3 yards per game, though a minus-5 turnover margin, tied for 26th, has been a problem. Their defense has allowed 20.8 points per game. Buffalo counters with a ground game that ranks sixth at 139.0 yards per game, with Josh Allen responsible for seven of his 13 touchdowns on the ground. The Bills defense has given up 26.8 points per game.

Vegas has the Rams as 3.5-point favorites with a total of 54.5, pricing Los Angeles at -179 on the moneyline and Buffalo at +149. The Bills are looking to extend their recent dominance in the series, having won their last six of seven meetings against the Rams.
