Stadium worker heckles Dak Prescott after Cowboys' home loss

The Cowboys fell to the Buccaneers 24-16, and Prescott had words for a stadium employee who called the loss "embarrassing" in the tunnel.

The Dallas Cowboys lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 24-16 on Thursday Night Football, falling to 2-3 on the season in a game that handed Tampa Bay its first win of the year. The loss was sealed by a Prescott interception, and things got tenser once the final whistle blew.

As Prescott walked through the AT&T Stadium tunnel toward the locker room, a stadium worker said "embarrassing" as the quarterback passed. Prescott looked at the man, kept walking, then turned to a Cowboys employee and said, "Tough guy. Get his ass out of here." The Cowboys employee moved toward the worker, who had already left the area. PFT reported the worker was a driver employed by a third-party contractor.

Asked about the exchange afterward, Prescott made clear he didn't appreciate it. "When he said it I just happened to look at him, and at that point he looked away, didn't look, and when I turned my head back, he said something else," Prescott said.

Video of the moment, including Prescott's reaction, circulated widely after the game.
