Nuggets and Pacers head to Mexico City for Saturday matchup

Denver brings Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray against an Indiana roster still working through injuries early in the 2026-27 season.

The Nuggets and Pacers meet Saturday in Mexico City, part of the NBA's push to take regular-season games to international crowds. Denver arrives with the firepower that's made it a perennial Western Conference contender: three-time MVP Nikola Jokic, All-Star guard Jamal Murray, and forward Aaron Gordon rounding out a roster built to compete with anyone in the conference.

Indiana comes in looking for footing after a rough start to the season. Pascal Siakam, Andrew Nembhard and Ivica Zubac give the Pacers a solid core, but injuries have made it difficult for the team to find any rhythm so far this year.

For Denver, the trip is as much about spectacle as standings. Jokic's blend of scoring, rebounding and playmaking makes him a draw anywhere, and the Nuggets will be looking to put on a show for the Mexico City crowd while keeping their early-season momentum rolling. For Indiana, it's simply another chance to find consistency before the schedule gets tougher.
