The receiver came to the facility Monday showing effects from a hit he took in New York's 38-33 loss to the Raiders, and was placed in the protocol after reporting post-concussion symptoms.\n\nThe injury happened late in that game, when Raiders safety Jeremy Chinn hit Wilson helmet to helmet on a 15-yard catch, drawing an unnecessary roughness penalty. Wilson stayed in the game and was targeted by quarterback Geno Smith in the end zone on the very next play, but Chinn came up with the interception that sealed the Jets' loss.\n\nLosing Wilson would be a significant blow for New York, since he is the team's No. 1 receiver. There is some better news on the injury front, however, as running back Breece Hall is reportedly trending toward a return.
