At kicker, analysts point to Washington's Drew Stevens as a model for the position, noting his strong Week 8 outing against Philadelphia came in a game with limited touchdown chances. The takeaway for managers is to look past raw offensive firepower and instead track which teams consistently move into field-goal range, since touchdown-dependent kickers can turn risky fast depending on matchup and game script.\n\nAt running back, Jonathan Taylor is drawing attention as a high-ceiling, high-risk option against Dallas, a defense that has allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing running backs this season. That matchup sets up as one of the more volatile plays of the week, with upside if Dallas's run defense struggles again.\n\nElsewhere, matchup-based rankings are also pointing to quarterback Malik Willis as a streaming option worth a look given his schedule spot this week. As always, the guidance comes with the usual caveat that offensive circumstances can shift quickly, turning last week's reliable starters into this week's bench candidates.","published_at":"2026-11-04T23:33:22.238429+00:00","source_count":3,"written_from":[{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"NFL Fantasy Football Week 9 2026 Start ‘Em Sit ‘Em: Kicker","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/nfl-fantasy-football-week-9-231304141.html"},{"outlet":"CBS Sports","publisher":"CBS Sports","title":"Fantasy football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em RB in Week 9: Jonathan Taylor a massive boom-bust play vs. Cowboys","url":"https://www.cbssports.com/fantasy/football/news/fantasy-football-start-em-sit-em-rb-in-week-9-jonathan-taylor-a-massive-boom-bust-play-vs-cowboys/"},{"outlet":"The Athletic","publisher":"The Athletic","title":"Fantasy football team matchup rankings: Week 9 strength of schedule","url":"https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/7753175/2026/11/04/fantasy-football-team-matchup-rankings-week-9-strength-of-schedule/"}],"more_coverage":[{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Week 9 Fantasy Football Tight End Rankings","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/fantasy/article/week-9-fantasy-football-tight-end-rankings-184049792.html"},{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Week 9 Fantasy Football Rankings Hub: Advice to help with your start/sit questions","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/fantasy/article/week-9-fantasy-football-rankings-start-em-sit-em-192513720.html"},{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"College Fantasy Football Week 10 Rankings Hub: Lineup advice to help you with start/sit decisions","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/fantasy/article/college-fantasy-football-week-10-rankings-hub-lineup-advice-to-help-you-with-startsit-decisions-205707825.html"},{"outlet":"The Athletic","publisher":"The Athletic","title":"Start?
