The broader exercise remains the same each week: a full 1-32 sorting of the league based on recent results, with some outlets also using the moment to look back at historic in-season trade acquisitions as the NFL approaches its trade deadline.\n\nOne outlet is putting the call directly to readers, inviting fans to weigh in on where teams belong rather than dictating the order itself.\n\nNo single composite order emerges from the available rankings, but the consistent thread is that the league's hierarchy is getting reshuffled by teams sitting at two losses who are no longer being treated as fringe contenders. Expect the usual turnover again next week as more results come in.","published_at":"2026-11-03T23:33:12.288917+00:00","source_count":4,"written_from":[{"outlet":"New York Post","publisher":"New York Post","title":"NFL Power Rankings for Week 9: It was a statement weekend for two-loss teams","url":"https://nypost.com/2026/11/03/sports/nfl-power-rankings-for-week-9-it-was-a-statement-weekend-for-two-loss-teams/"},{"outlet":"ESPN","publisher":"ESPN","title":"NFL Week 9 Power Rankings: Updated 1-32 poll, plus the best in-season trade acquisitions ever","url":"https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/50359434/nfl-power-rankings-week-9-teams-best-season-trades-deadline"},{"outlet":"The Athletic","publisher":"The Athletic","title":"NFL Week 9 Power Rankings: You decide","url":"https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/interactive/nfl-power-rankings-weekly-you-decide/week-9/"}],"more_coverage":[{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Week 9 Fantasy Football Quarterback Rankings","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/fantasy/article/week-9-fantasy-football-quarterback-rankings-184545652.html"},{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Week 9 Fantasy Football Rankings","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/fantasy/article/week-9-fantasy-football-rankings-184748831.html"}],"image":null,"embed":null,"license":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/","attribution":"Analysis data is licensed CC BY 4.0.
