Every Disney+ subscriber in the United States will be able to watch ESPN's first-ever Super Bowl production through the service.\n\nThe streaming option will carry both the traditional English-language telecast airing on ESPN and ABC, featuring Joe Buck, Troy Aikman, Lisa Salters, and Laura Rutledge, as well as the Spanish-language broadcast on ESPN Deportes. Disney+ will also carry ESPN's Super Bowl coverage in more than 55 international markets, including Spanish-speaking Latin America, Brazil, the Caribbean, South Africa, and Australia and New Zealand, while ESPN's linear networks continue their own distribution.\n\nThe deal is part of a broader push to add Disney+ to the NFL streaming landscape. Beyond the Super Bowl, Disney+ will also carry two simulcasts of \"Monday Night Football.\" Disney had waited 21 years to get the Super Bowl back on its networks, and this arrangement extends that broadcast across its streaming platform as well.","published_at":"2026-10-08T19:17:55.251375+00:00","source_count":4,"written_from":[{"outlet":"Awful Announcing","publisher":"Awful Announcing","title":"Disney+ will stream Super Bowl LXI","url":"https://awfulannouncing.com/espn/disney-plus-stream-super-bowl-lxi-monday-night-football.html"},{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Disney+ enters NFL streaming with Super Bowl, two more games","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/disney-enters-nfl-streaming-super-150117888.html"},{"outlet":"ESPN","publisher":"ESPN","title":"ESPN's Super Bowl LXI broadcast to also stream on Disney+","url":"https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/50125971/espn-super-bowl-61-broadcast-stream-disney+"},{"outlet":"The Athletic","publisher":"The Athletic","title":"ESPN to offer Super Bowl in 2027 on Disney+, in addition to linear networks","url":"https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/7668534/2026/10/07/espn-disney-plus-super-bowl-2027-nfl-streaming/"}],"more_coverage":[{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Disney+ will stream Super Bowl LXI","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/disney-stream-super-bowl-lxi-150037081.html"},{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"ESPN's 2027 Super Bowl telecast will stream on Disney+","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/espns-2027-super-bowl-telecast-152200951.html"},{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Disney+ To Stream Super Bowl For First Time & Carry Two ‘Monday Night Football’ Games This Season","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/disney-stream-super-bowl-first-162232789.html"},{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"ESPN's Super Bowl 61 broadcast to also stream on Disney+","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/espns-super-bowl-61-broadcast-162259660.html"},{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"2027 Super Bowl gets Disney+ twist in ESPN’s historic first broadcast","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/2027-super-bowl-gets-disney-171848739.html"},{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Super Bowl LXI Will Stream On Disney+ In Addition To ABC And ESPN Broadcasts","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/super-bowl-lxi-stream-disney-181313684.html"},{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Disney+ To Air Super Bowl, 'Monday Night Football'","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/disney-air-super-bowl-monday-034026796.html"}],"embed":null,"license":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/","attribution":"Analysis data is licensed CC BY 4.0.
