He acknowledged he hasn't asked for a trade and chalked up the rumors to the nature of the business. \"I got no clue on stuff like that,\" he said of the trade chatter.\n\nWilson signed a four-year, $130 million extension with the Jets in July 2025, a bet on a franchise that has gone 24-51 since he arrived. He's one of three 2022 first-round picks for the team, and the other two, Sauce Gardner and Jermaine Johnson, have already been traded away. Wilson says he still believes a turnaround is possible. \"I've been optimistic for three, four, five years now. That's why these ones each weekend hurt a little more.\"\n\nHe made clear winning matters more to him than sentiment. \"Do I love it more than I love winning?
