The offense looked in full control early, giving Stafford plenty of chances to pad his new franchise mark.\n\nGabriel's record had stood since his playing days with the Rams, making Stafford's achievement a notable marker in a career that has now left its stamp on two organizations.","published_at":"2026-10-25T22:19:00.200423+00:00","source_count":3,"written_from":[{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Matthew Stafford breaks Rams franchise record for touchdown passes","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/matthew-stafford-breaks-rams-franchise-221104130.html"},{"outlet":"New York Post","publisher":"New York Post","title":"Matthew Stafford makes NFL history with record-breaking touchdown pass against Raiders","url":"https://nypost.com/2026/10/25/sports/matthew-stafford-makes-nfl-history-breaks-rams-all-time-passing-touchdown-record-vs-raiders/"},{"outlet":"Pro Football Talk","publisher":"NBC Sports","title":"Matthew Stafford has three TD passes, Rams lead Raiders 28-6 at halftime","url":"https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/matthew-stafford-has-three-td-passes-rams-lead-raiders-28-6-at-halftime"}],"more_coverage":[{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Matthew Stafford becomes Rams leader in TD passes, first to be No. 1 for two teams","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/matthew-stafford-becomes-rams-leader-213623536.html"},{"outlet":"Pro Football Talk","publisher":"NBC Sports","title":"Matthew Stafford becomes Rams leader in TD passes, first to be No. 1 for two teams","url":"https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/matthew-stafford-becomes-rams-leader-in-td-passes-first-to-be-no-1-for-two-teams"},{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Matthew Stafford has three TD passes, Rams lead Raiders 28-6 at halftime","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/matthew-stafford-three-td-passes-220010106.html"},{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Matthew Stafford sets Rams TD pass record as Los Angeles rolls past Raiders 35-21","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/articles/matthew-stafford-sets-rams-td-235050696.html"}],"image":{"url":"https://s.yimg.com/lo/mysterio/api/de289a7bb65c32bdfa3f7e169d4c157ebeab8281b5594865f476ecfe350ca968/lightyear_networkapi/resizefill_w1200_h675%3Bquality_80%3Bformat_webp/https%3A%2F%2Fmedia.zenfs.com%2Fen%2Fap.org%2F61b7a45b980c4a303896c52ac5d10e1e.jpg","credit":"Yahoo Sports","width":1200},"embed":null,"license":"https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/","attribution":"Analysis data is licensed CC BY 4.0.
