Rams WR Puka Nacua questionable with calf injury ahead of Raiders game

The injury adds to a growing list for a 2-4 Rams team already missing Davante Adams for six to 10 weeks.

Puka Nacua left Rams practice early on Thursday with a calf injury, putting his status in question for Sunday's game against the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium. He was later listed as limited on the team's injury report, and a report indicated the injury is not believed to be serious, though his Week 7 status remains unclear.

The timing is rough for a Rams team that is already dealing with a wave of injuries. Davante Adams was placed on injured reserve this week with a ruptured semitendinosus in his hamstring, an injury Sean McVay confirmed happened on a non-contact play late in Sunday's 18-16 home loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Adams is expected to miss six to 10 weeks. He had 30 catches for 480 yards and four touchdowns through six games. That same game cost the Rams nose tackle Poona Ford for the season with a ruptured triceps.

Nacua's own season has already been interrupted once, after he missed two games earlier this year with a hip issue. When on the field, he has been one of the Rams' most productive players, with 37 catches on the year. The Rams, sitting at 2-4, travel to face the Raiders on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET.
