Cairo Santos drilled a 58-yard field goal, and the Patriots got what may be remembered as one of the easiest touchdowns of the season right before halftime. Chicago held on to take the win and kick off the week's slate of games.\n\nWith that result in the books, the rest of the week's matchups loom large. The Steelers face the Saints in Paris, with New Orleans' struggles at defending the tight end position drawing attention ahead of kickoff. Elsewhere, the Cowboys host the Eagles, the Bengals visit the Ravens, and the Chiefs and 49ers continue to look like the class of their divisions as the league approaches its midpoint.\n\nHandicappers and analysts across outlets are divided on several of the week's other matchups, though there is broader agreement on a couple of games. Attention now turns to how the rest of the slate shakes out, with predictions ranging from low-scoring upsets to lopsided performances from rushers and tight ends alike.","published_at":"2026-10-23T16:01:00.907894+00:00","source_count":5,"written_from":[{"outlet":"Yahoo Sports","publisher":"Yahoo Sports","title":"Week 7 NFL odds, picks, predictions: Our 12 best bets for this week's games","url":"https://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/betting/article/week-7-nfl-odds-picks-predictions-our-12-best-bets-for-this-weeks-games-154439162.html"},{"outlet":"CBS Sports","publisher":"CBS Sports","title":"NFL Week 7 bold predictions: Cardinals stun Broncos without scoring TD, Bijan Robinson shreds 49ers","url":"https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/nfl-week-7-bold-predictions-cardinals-broncos-bijan-robinson-49ers/"},{"outlet":"ESPN","publisher":"ESPN","title":"Our guide to every NFL Week 7 game: Matchup previews, predictions, picks and nuggets","url":"https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/50229521/week-7-picks-predictions-schedule-fantasy-odds-2026"},{"outlet":"SB Nation","publisher":"SB Nation","title":"NFL Expert Picks for Week 7","url":"https://www.sbnation.com/nfl/1133351/nfl-picks-for-week-7"},{"outlet":"The Athletic","publisher":"The Athletic","title":"NFL staff picks for Week 7: Patriots-Bears, Packers-Lions, Chiefs-Seahawks, more","url":"https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/7709407/2026/10/22/nfl-staff-picks-week-7-patriots-bears/"},{"outlet":"The Athletic","publisher":"The Athletic","title":"Caleb Williams is back.
