West Virginia creep allegedly boasted about kiddie porn collection in online chatrooms under username ‘MrChildPorn’
Garrett Michael Highlander, 20, of Morgantown, West Virginia, was arrested after West Virginia State Police received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about a man using the username MrChildPorn who was reported to be boasting of having a large collection of child pornography. Investigators said Highlander sent child sexual abuse material to other Discord users and searched for explicit images of children, and officers recovered a photo from his devices of a young girl showing cuts on her arms and legs. He was held on a 100,000 dollar bond, later posted bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on August 31.
