Man drives car into group of pedestrians in French city of Caen, killing two

All three Center outlets (France 24, BBC, DW) report the story in a similar straightforward factual manner: a car rammed into pedestrians in Caen, killing two and injuring around nine-ten, with a 26-year-old suspect of Russian origin arrested; all note officials are not currently treating it as terrorism, and there is no meaningful ideological framing difference among them.
