Blindspot
Former ABC News field producer Samira Said filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court accusing CBS News chief correspondent Matt Gutman of making sexualized remarks toward her while both worked at ABC, as part of a broader wrongful-termination suit against ABC News and The Walt Disney Co. The suit, filed Friday, alleges discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation, failure to accommodate medical conditions and wrongful termination. Neither Gutman nor CBS, ABC or Disney have publicly responded to the allegations, which have not been tested in court.
