
Bangladesh rock Australia as historic Test win in sight
In the first Test between Australia and Bangladesh in Darwin, Bangladesh bowled Australia out for 198 on day one, with Hasan Mahmud taking a career-best 6-55. Bangladesh then batted through day two, reaching 351-6 at stumps behind a century from Tanzid Hasan, before their innings continued into day three and they were eventually dismissed for 426. By the close of day three, Australia had reached 161-4 in their second innings, trailing by 67 runs, as Bangladesh pursue their first-ever Test win in Australia.
