Pentagon revokes former Air Force secretary's access to classified information

The Pentagon announced Friday evening that it has revoked former Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall's eligibility for access to classified information, citing an alleged unauthorized disclosure related to Air Force One's capabilities. Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell said the Department of War also removed Kendall's ability to hold any sensitive position, effective immediately. The action followed accusations that Kendall leaked classified information about Air Force One to a news outlet.
